Hi

I work for NHS and have a text saying I have extra data but the other day I received a text message saying I had used 80% of my data but when I looked in MyO2 it's saying I have 20.07 GB left. Also checked my bolt ons which say loyalty 10GB for 3 motnhs to expire 25.7.20. Which is correct if I use over my usual data will I get charged?

The extra is free from O2.

You can't be charged extra for data so don't worry.
