Cut off but have agreement

Hi O2, I had an agreement in place that I should pay my late bill by April 17th, if I was unable to pay due to corona then to get in touch by the 17th.
I’ve just been cut off all services and there are no call centre staff to take my calls and no live chat as I’m sure you are aware.

Please could someone get in touch to help me sort this out.
I’m new to the forum so unsure how it works but if you are able to direct message me I can give me details and number and move forward.

O2 can't agree not to cut you off as the system will do it automatically. They give payment extentions and stop defaults on the credit file. They may promise but you need to call to be reconnected.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Hi, completely understand the situation.
Though all outgoing calls are being forwarded to the payment line so I can’t talk to anyone. Any time I select an option other than make payment it ends the call.

Is there a way to have 02 customer support call me?
