Credit Score

I payed £300 pound as well as my upfront cost when I bought my phone in November. I had to pay this as I had no credit score but was told I would get it back after three payments. I have now payed four bills and was wondering how I can contact someone to get my money back?

It should be showing as a credit on your fourth bill. You then need to ask for it to be repaid into your bank accouny.
