My direct debit failed last week as there’s a block on my card but the bank today told me 02 can take the direct debit who do I contact please ?

See the advise provided on the other threat you posted to, you will need to call O2's payments team for assistance, we're all customers on this forum

O2 won't try to retake a failed direct debit

They simply cut you off after a few days and put the account into arrears
