Hi,

 

I am dissatisfied with the 4G connection you are providing. No matter where I am home work or in and around Merseyside I am not receiving fast 4G connection. 

I was previously with EE and the connection provided was significantly better. 

 

Can someone assist ?

4g has always been slow around Liverpool.

I guess we just need to hope that 5g fixes the issue when rolled out fully.

As an alternative you can try (if the phone allows) to drop down to 3G.

Strange as it sounds it sometimes works better as fewer people are using it @PatrickRoberts
