Hi I struggling to get hold of o2 people via phone and cannot find o2 live chat 

I am being charged for Minuits but I pay for unlimited , I've been charged an extra £9/£10 that I wasn't aware of  please help or advice how I can find o2 chat

You can  check what it is by going to myo2 which can be found on the main homepage or by using the o2 app. 

If it says Google or Apple you will need to check in the appstore under purchases, or speak to there support teams. 

To find chat if you are lucky hang around the store pages or by going to https://o2.co.uk/contactus 

Live Chat is not always available. You can always speak to the lovely people at customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone
