I’ve tried to change my £5 bundle to a £20 bundle, but it’s randomly changed to a ‘simplicity’ bundle even though I received a text and email saying I successfully changed to a £20 bundle.

The Simplicity tariff is no longer available to new customers (as of 2014)
You need to call o2 tomorrow on 4445 and ask them what's happened.
They open at 8am
