Changing sim only plan o2 impossible to get answer!!

Just looking at swapping my sim only plan and seen a o2 plan on a comparison site but can’t see it on the o2 website and finding o2 impossible to actually get hold of to see if it’s available direct!! Been impressed with the coverage but customer service……. Well have they actually got any?? Can’t even find a live chat just a useless messaging service!!

Now looking at joining EE or even 3!!

All sim only plans are shown in the shop here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=Featured  You need to check each one available ie 30 days, 12 months and 24 months.
