Changing phone number

I have two issues, 1 being how do I change my phone over I tried to do it ages ago and O2 said it would be ready on Tuesday (about 2 weeks ago) and nothings changed. My 2nd issue being how do I add my military discount onto my phone bill and sim

Card bill as it wouldn’t let me at check out

1) Change phone number by calling O2. You are allowed 1 change free of charge.

Call them using any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
