Changing back to previous phone

I have a PAYG account and want to change back to my previous phone which is a simple Blackberry type. How do I transfer my account from the Alcatel U3 phone I have now? The old SIM card is in old phone

Hi Pinkpetals,

You should be able to just move your SIM card into your Blackberry with no issues. However, the Blackberry might take a different size SIM card to your current one.

If you’re unsure, you can always visit one of your local O2 stores and we will be happy to help move your SIM card over and adjust the size if needs be.

@Pinkpetals Your sim card should have perforations to enable you to pop out the right sized sim.

Just be aware that to get email or internet the Blackberry needs to be a Blackberry 10 device or Android as the older BBOS devices are no longer supported for data.
