Solved: Change of Tarrif

My mum wanted to make sure I was on the right tariff for school purposes.

The account wouldn't let her do anything without topping up first. So she topped up with the minimum of £15 and then changed the tariff to £10 minimum payment. It was then saying she had to top up with £10 before we could view my account details on My02. So.she topped up again. Please advise as it now looks like doing a change of tariff has cost her £25 !! It should have only.cost her £10. Please advise.

The £10 should now be showing as credit on your account and if not used, will be taken for your bundle next month.

If not, call 4445 for O2 to sort it out.
