Change in Tariff

I recieved a message saying my tariff change to an O2 sim only unlimited 12M 12GB had been completed. However I never requested this change and I'm not sure whether this is a change that O2 have initiated or whether someone has hacked my account?

You'll need to call O2 and ask for the fraud dept.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

The text is seemingly just to advise you that the minimum term of 12 months has been completed

Any offers that were on the tariff when you commenced the contract such as extra data will revert to the original offer

You might want to look at upgrading to a new sim only tariff as it's possible you can get a much better offer now
