Hello. I’m trying to change address. I’ve called several times,been on for hours,promised call backs but STILL my address hasn’t been changed. Every time I try to contact someone online there is no option to change address. I think the problem is because it’s a new build and the post code isn’t recognised. Can some one please point me I the right direction, I’m trying to change the address so I can add another product. Thankyou

You can change your address in My O2. In the section Bills and Current Charges, click on that and a drop down menu appears. (O2 will send an access text to mobile) See here

You don't need to call O2 at all.

If your address isn't yet populated on the Royal Mail listings it may not be possible to update it yourself until the systems refresh and sync.

I'll ask @O2Lisa to check for you.

Meanwhile, @Harrisonj , as I've shown you how to do it,  I would certainly try and see if address is accepted.

If not, then a call to O2 will be required. They will change it manually for you. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
