Why cant I make calls and why doesn't my internet work? Was fine earlier. It cant be anything to do with my bill

As @Ulverstonian has mentioned can you receive calls and texts?

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
