I cancelled my order 30mins after processing the order, called 202 to cancel it, woman cancelled it, said I wouldn’t need to send anything back via mail as it hadn’t yet been dispatched, great, but then an hour later I get an email come through saying my orders on the way? I’m confused

I'm sorry to hear that you've received a dispatch email after cancelling it. Sometimes the system can take up to 24 hours to update, but in this instance, I'd call us on 03448090202 with that order number to hand and we'll check that for you.
