I have a sim only plan which had been out of contract since December 2020. I want to cancel 02 as I'm no longer using the service. My bill payment is due in 2 days (13th November). I intend to cancel the direct debit following this payment, however I cannot see a way of contacting 02 online to advise of this. I am currently overseas so unable to phone 02 or visit a store.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi @Littlewonder1 - Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] - using your PAC will immediately terminate your contract. Leave your direct debit active until you are sure no more termination charges will be made, as your MyO2 access ends immediately upon termination, and you cannot use the app to pay any remaining charge by card.
