I upgraded my handset today and the salesman gave me a new 5G enabled sim. I traded my old handset in and they didn’t give me my old sim.
To swap the sim they want to send a text to my number, which obviously isn’t working as I don’t have the sim!
No answer at customer services. Now I can’t use the phone.
