Can’t set up voicemail

Hi my number was ported over 3 days ago and iv been trying to set up the voicemail but when I call 1750 it’s tells me “Your messaging service could not be set up as we have not received your number - please call customer services for assistance" does anyone have any advice?

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
