Solved: Can't Receive calls from 3 mobile numbers

Ported my phone number from 3 middle of November, now meeting up with friends etc, Have noticed that anyone on a 3 mobile when they call it comes up as my number not recognised. However this issue doesn't exist with anyone on any other mobile phone carrier eg Vodafone,EE etc

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
