Can not access personal details

I want to upgrade my ipad and was sent a code unfortunately i had not updated my personal details and the code was sent to my old number which i no longer have. So i attempted to update my personal details but because the code i was not confirmed it wont allow me to access personal details in order to update my number

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
