I pay monthly and have paid off my device. Unfortunately O2 does not work at all well in the town I live in, Totnes, and so I need to change to the provider that does work here which is EE. Its a shame as I have been very happy with you, but now I mostly work from home and do much less travel it is a really a bit silly to struggle so much. Please confirm that all I have to do now is cancel?

If your device plan is paid off then yes you can cancel.

If you want to keep your number when you move, you need a PAC.

If you are getting a new number, you need a STAC.

More information about both, including how to get them, is in the guide below @Katherine3
