Hiya, i move across from UK to Gibraltar and i have the £10 a month bundle of unlimited texts and calls. Although when i try to call or text a gibraltarian phone number it does not allow me to use the bundle but it is not written anywhere on the £10 bundle information that you cannot use it to phone/text other UK Territories, is this a fault or is it just miscommunication of the info not being displayed on site.

Thank you.

Gibraltar is not part of the UK, but contrary to all other British Overseas Territories was a part of the European Union like the UK. It participated in the Brexit referendum and it ceased, by default, to be a part of the EU upon the UK's withdrawal. Therefore, it is now classed as "rest of world" and is not covered by the EU roaming rules.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
