Battery has expanded and back cover has come off need repairs what do I do

Battery has expanded and the back cover has come off need repairs only just bought the phone on contract last year December. The rest of the phone is ok just needs a new battery I don't want the repair team to reset the phone cos it doesn't need reseting just needs a new battery,new back cover and attached securely. What number do I call cos I try to ring the automated call hung me up when I could of waited the 30 mins for staff to help me out thanks

@Zorromous Hi, do not use that battery or try and charge the battery (Especially unattended) As it sounds like it could be overheating and there is a danger of explosion/fire.
