Bad Call Signal

Everytime on a phonecall my phone signal is breaking up. My two daughters have a phone on o2 and live in the same house as me and have no issue with calls. However everytime i answer a phone call it breaks up and i cant hear the other end or they cant hear me. Causing very much an issue with work/child school calls

Are you connected to your wifi when making calls? Have you tried switching your wifi off on your phone and trying again?

It sounds like there might be a problem with your phone, especially if your daughters are having no issues on the same network and in the same house.
