Hello,

I changed my O2 plan to pay monthly and was told I would recieve a free add on. I chose an audible subscription but did not manage to log on. I have downloaded audible but have not received log in details to access it for free. How can I access my free subscription?

You have to activate it in your "extras" in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You should then see credits in your audible account.
