I haven't been on the web page for a long time and was thinking about an upgrade, but I wouldn't do anything without talking to a guru first...and I can't find them. Are they still around? I don't feel I can just buy something without talking to someone about package and price, or transferring my number etc, I'm not tech savvy and wouldn't risk it going wrong. Are they still around?

So if you got a new phone and had trouble setting it up, or transferring your number, how would you contact them if you couldn't do it from your phone?
