Hello, I want to buy paying monthly the apple watch series 6 but I don t know for what reason my direct debit just does not work. They try to take the upfront from mu bank account but just after that they refund the upfront and it s shows on the application that the payment did not webt through

That sounds like a failed credit check / failed application, as its not a direct debit, but your card details been used to take the upfront payment and then been refunded as the transaction has been cancelled.
Best thing to do is speak to o2 sales either on Live Chat or 0344 809 0202 from a non o2 phone, or 202 from an o2 phone..
