Good afternoon, 

 

I want to purchase an apple smart watch for my partner for his birthday on a device monthly plan. However he is on EE and not o2. Can I still do this and have it paired up to his EE iPhone? When I go to order it asks for a number for the smart watch to be paired to and will only come up with my phone number.

You can't do that if you order from O2.

You'd need to order direct from Apple.
