Apple Music - I'm getting nowhere with this

Hi, I recently joined o2 and was promised 6 months free subscription to Apple Music as a welcome incentive.

I never received any info on how to redeem this, and there is no clear info on the website. I've seen similar questions on the o2 community chats - it always just says "wait and o2 will send a code".

I have called your outsourced call centres about this 3 (THREE!) times now. Each time I have been fobbed off with "a code will be sent in a couple of days" yet of course, this never happens.

This has been going on since I joined on 30-NOV 2021.

I shouldn't have to keep calling up, waiting in queues, and being placed on lengthy holds while the operative investigates, only to be told to "wait a few days and we'll send an invitation to apple music".

In fact I shouldn't have to chase this at all - o2 should honour their promises and deliver what is offered, without making me work and waste my time to claim it.

The third and last time I spoke to an operative was on 22-DEC. I spoke to Andiswa. Again I was promised a code would be sent in the next 2 days.

It feels like this is designed to make it as difficult as possible to redeem the offer. Is the hope that I'll just give up and go away?

Hopefully I am not just screaming in the wind and someone can actually help me here. Can this be sorted out please?
