App not downloading

Hello,

I’ve just upgraded to the iPhone 11 Pro and downloaded all my apps that I need fine but for some reason the bank of Scotland app won’t download on my phone? I’ve logged in and out of the App Store but that hasn’t worked?

Turn your phone off completely, then try to download the app again after about 10 minutes.

Thanks for getting back to me, I've just tried that and its still not downloading.

I click on the cloud with the arrow icon and it loads for a second and then just stops

That suggests you are trying to download it off iCloud which might fail if the file is corrupted. 

To check this, swipe up and force close the App Store app and restart your device. (iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on.)

Then open the App Store app and test if these apps will reinstall on your iPhone.
