My Nokia 3.4 won't make calls.internet is fine but won't call or receive...

Bar can only be removed if placed in error or if the original owner has found a phone they reported as lost..

If done due to theft or loss and has been replaced by insurance, it will remain blacklisted forever.

Usually means the phone is blacklisted.

Check the IMEI here https://www.imei.info/
