Amending contract

I started a basic contract for £15pm in September 2020. It was subsequently upgraded to £35 pm.

I am now living overseas. 
I understand that cancellation is probably too early, but I wish to revert to the £15pm. Please assist me.

You can change your tariff in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
