hi, I have issue with my phone. I pay for 5G but all the time I have 4G. Did someone had this issue before?

You don't pay for any extra for 5G, you pay for a data connection, and 5G is not available everywhere. 

Also do you have a 5G sim card? If not you can request one..

Yes, I have. But it’s worthless to have if you can’t use it.

It all depends if you are in a 5G area or not...
