Why I'm not able to access adult content

As a default o2 block any websites identified as carrying adult content - this is based on OFCOM rules @Suman .

If you are a pay as you go customer you will need to do this either in an o2 store or by calling customer services.

If you are a pay monthly customer you can use the My o2 app or website.

There is a community guide on how to remove the block which is linked below:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
