I was under the belief that both mine and my son's Iphones were under this account. However, I can only see my own device under this account and not my son's and I am not sure which account his phone will be under. How do I go about figuring this out?

If you have the login details for the other account you can import it into your MyO2.

If you don't have the details, call O2 to get them Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
