Hello, I ordered a new phone contract on 26.11.2021 and paid a £20 upfront money is taking transaction in my bank account & also I’ve had an email to say my order is being processed and I can track it online. Anyone know what’s going on? How I can find out when the phone will be delivered to my home please. Thank you
