£5 Big Bundle question

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have an ordinary Nokia mobile phone which isn't a smartphone but it does have a built in web that I sometimes use.

I recently changed from £10 data Big Bundle to £5 Big Bundle, and when I used the web expected to be charged for web use, as £5 Big Bundle doesn't mention a data allowance.

But I've not been charged for using the web. That is good - I'm not complaining, but is this normal?

What data allowance do I get on £5 Big Bundle and if no allowance how much is it to use the web on £5 Big Bundle?

Thanks 😀

The standard O2 out of bundle data charge is £3/MB up to max £2/day.

(If you can figure out what that means, let me know)!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks. I'm pleased you don't understand it either! Is it £3 or £2 a day? !!

And why doesn't it tell you how many MB's (megabytes) you get? It's not very clear. I wish O2 would make it clearer!

Hi thanks for letting me know all the tariffs!

Just one thing: it should say £10 Data Big Bundle not £10 Big Bundle! That is diferent package and is no longer available to new customers!
