Hi @anthony100uk

You need to call O2 and ask for the fraud team. and explain about your password

All numbers are in this guide

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

@anthony100uk

If you can still login it means they haven't changed your password (they would need the otp sent to you to do that).

Whilst you are trying to change your password and receive the otp, it has to be coming from O2 as it's system generated.

You should complete the password change immediately, for your own safety, as currently the scammers have access to your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
