I have just received a text telling me I have used 80% of my data yet when I check My O2 app It states I still have 3.36GB of my 5GB allowance left!
How is that?

It can take 24 hours for the app to update so it may be that you have used more tan the app shows.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Would also be worth checking your usage on your phone - if you have got it set up to reset at the correct time @6964...
