I have downloaded the 02 app and it does not recognise my email or phone number at all I have reset my password so many times but still dosent let me sign in
I was logged in at one point then I did a master reset on my phone and now it won't let me log back in again
There is already a case on this but dosent seem to get me anywhere
Can anyone plz help me resolve this

Yes sorry,  only customer service can reset your account. Call 202 or try the chat link on the complaints page around 8.30am as there is already an open case on this.

@028 Your best option is to call customer service in the morning. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Call them. Don't use Live Chat. Best time to call is between 8-8.30 to avoid a long wait on hold. They should be able to reset everything for you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app again?
