ordered s24 ultra, paid half money but still not processed

hi, i have ordered samsung s24ultra 3 days ago and my upfront payment is cut from my bank account and payment says pending. How long do i need to wait for order confirmation? does anyone knows.

Pending means O2 haven't claimed it, so they are probably running credit checks.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

If rejected, the money will return to your bank in a few days time.
