hello ive recently ordered a new phone from o2 this is my first time being with them. when i orderd the contract it said they would get back to me within 24 hours, it has now been 5 days since ive ordered it and i have had no contact from o2 about it and im starting to get abit worried as the money has come out of my bank account, what ahould i do?
