cant track phone still hasn't been dispatched?

New phone has still not been dispatched nor arrived at the store to be picked up. Even though the confirmation email said it would be ready the NEXT DAY.  I ordered on Tuesday 30th January at 1:43pm and writing this Monday 4th February at 3:50pm and still have not received any emails to say it's been dispatched. I cannot track the order, so I do not know where it is. I have called customer services on 31/1/24 and 2/2/24 for updates and an email was sent on 31/1/24 by customer services team to the “processing team” and I’ve still not heard anything from anyone.
