Resolved! My number has not ported

My number was meant to port today from 3network. 3 network stopped working at about 2pm, I put my new o2 SIM card in but still the number has not come across. I was told to go through this step if the number had not ported by 6pm?

Resolved! Higher charge for O2 SIM than quoted by Virgin Media.

Recently upgraded my Virgin Media package and was offered an O2 SIM for £5 per month for 4 GB of data. However, O2 are charging me £6 per month for 3 GB of data.
