Did you get a text message to the number you want to keep @Jademelonxoxo ? If not, there may have been a problem with the port.

Have you cleared the device plan with the company you are moving from? If there is a balance they may block the move.

Try submitting the PAC again using the form linked in this guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Or call customer services on

202 or 0344 809 0202 for pay monthly, and 4445 and 0344 809 222 for pay as you go, or there are social media accounts you can message:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

O2 seem to have problems dealing with transfers done at purchase

Phone them on 202 or

Message O2 on

 (Facebook) (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)

X (Twitter) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or

Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,,

They should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

O2 aren't the only one @Enlli.

My friend moved from Vodafone to Sky about 11 days ago and still hasn't had her number transferred.

I wonder if Sky handle everything themselves or do they use O2?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No networks handle porting.

It's all done by a third party.

If there's an issue with them, all will suffer the same delays.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
