I have recently purchased a sim only contract with you around 10 days ago. I have still yet to receive my sim and now my previous provider (three) has canceled my number with them and so, my phone is no longer working. 

 

Is it possible to request an e-sim for this contract as I am unable to use my phone and do not live close to an o2 shop.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
