Ordered a pay monthly SIM card through Virgin on 20th March unfortunately got lost in there system phoned Virgin on 25th was on phone with them 61 minutes to sort out they put me through to O2 for another 14 minutes to order a new sim they advised that someone would phone on Tuesday to verify. Here’s Wednesday and no call back also unable to log into My 02 iPhone app says information not available to sign in any help would be great
