Porting a number

I have activated my new o2 account with an eSIM and at the same time ported over my phone number from EE. I now have no cellular service and this has lasted over 12 hours. Do I actually have to wait 24hrs before my account and number port completes?

Sometimes yes, it can take the full 24 hours.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
