Hi,

I'm new to O2. Transfer from three. I gave PAC number to O2 on 11th Feb. Three cancelled their connection on 12th. Still my previous number not yet transfer to O2. I'm facing lots of difficulties due to this. I cantacted customer service agents few times. They having different answers to every time. Can you please tell me how can I resolve this..
