I haven't received my sim card but I have charged

Hi,

 

    I bought a new sim card only contract for 12 moths on 1st february. I have been charged in my bank but I haven't received the new sim. Tried to call customer services and didn't pick up the phone for 45 minutes.

I think in leaving already

Possibly lost in the post as your account is activated immediately, hence the charges.
